Around 900 year six children from Island primary schools are taking part in the popular Crucial Crew event this week.
The four day programme is aimed at youngsters heading onto secondary school in September.
There are messages about health and keeping safe, and advice on what to do in an emergency.
Eduation minister Anne Craine (pictured) will meet the Crucial Crew gang as the event draws to a close on Friday.
