Binge drinkers targeted in TV campaign

Youngsters will be shown the grim realities of binge-drinking in a hard-hitting television campaign due to start soon.

It's an ideal opportunity for the Island's Drug and Alcohol team to drive-home the message that over-indulging harms your health and can often land you in trouble with the law.

The latest survey of youngsters here shows some positive trends, but there is still cause for concern about binge-drinking among 18 to 24 year-olds.
