A 20 year old man has been committed to a court of General Gaol delivery by the High Bailiff charged with importing diamorphine
Anthony John Richard Lyons of Spring Valley Road in Douglas was also charged with possessing the drug with intent to supply on April 30th
Lyons was granted bail to reside at David Gray House, must observe a 9pm to 6am curfew and report daily to police headquarters.
Reporting restrictions were not lifted.
