Chance to go on the Balmoral

There’s the chance to go on-board the coastal excursion ship, Balmoral, to the Calf of Man and Port St Mary this afternoon (Sunday).

Those interested can meet at the Sea Terminal at 1.15pm.

She’ll also be bringing more visitors here from Garlieston today and Monday.

The ship's on-board facilities include a restaurant, bars, heated lounges and a souvenir shop.

Voluntary co-ordinator Dick Clague says the ship has had a busy life (audio file attached):
