Landmark for Age Concern

Age Concern's 'Landmark' appeal will be officially launched at a black-tie spring ball this evening.

The event, described by the organisation's Chief Executive Penny Creighton as 'unlike any other' and will kick-start a drive to raise ?1.5 million to build a new healthy living centre.

Mrs Creighton (pictured) concedes it's an ambitious target, but is confident it can be reached:
