Hines in court on possession charge

A Douglas man, alleged to have possessed a Class A drug with a street value of ?14,000, will appear in court today (Tuesday).

38 year-old Mark Paul Hines of Clifton Terrace was remanded in custody during his last appearance before the High Bailiff.

He’s charged with possessing drugs with intent to supply, as well as a number of driving offences.
