The five female and two male jurors were were sent out yesterday lunchtime, and are deciding whether whether the former gymnastics coach is guilty of eight offences of indecent assault, against girls aged ten to 15.

During the three week trial, 62 year old Mr Volante has been described as a menace to the girls in his care while he was coach at Ellan Vannin Gymnastics Club.
