Motorsport ace is honoured

A Ramsey motorsport hero has had his on-track successes acknowledged with a series of limited edition, commemorative stamps.

Current World Superbike Champion James Toseland was presented with the 52nd of 500 signed covers live on Manx Radio earlier today. Fifty-two is his lucky number.

James, who also won the title in 2004, recently made an impressive start to his Moto GP career.

He told Dan Davies it was great to take time out from his hectic schedule and head back to the Island (audio file attached):
