Drugs case for General Jail

Two men and a woman, all of North Shore Road in Ramsey, have been committed to a court of General Jail by the High Bailiff on drugs charges.

28 year old Gemma Burns is charged with four offences; possessing drugs; permitting premises to be used for the smoking of drugs; and supplying drugs.

33 year old Hugh Barry Smith is charged with possession of drugs and possessing drugs with intent to supply. Both were bailed.

Peter Alan Dale, 37, is charged with possession of drugs; possession of drugs with intent to supply; and permitting premises to be used for the smoking of drugs.

He is also charged with a further offence of inflicting grievous bodily harm and has been remanded in custody

Reporting restrictions were not lifted.
