Passenger satisfaction 'not rocket science'

TravelWatch Isle of Man is holding a public meeting on Saturday morning from 10am at the Villa Marina in Douglas.

Guest speakers from the airline and road transport industries will be taking questions from the travelling public, and there'll also be an update on Steam Packet issues.

Chairman Brendan O'Friel says many problems could be solved at source by a better approach to customer service:
