IOMSPC appoints Passenger Manager

The Superseacat Two, renamed the Viking, is due into Douglas harbour shortly. It will mark the rebranding of the Packet, returning to the former colours of the 178 year old company. She will undertake trials.

Last night, at an official launch, Chief Executive Mark Woodward explained the thinking behind the moves, the renaming of lounges on the Ben My Chree and the introduction of new uniforms:

The Sea Express 1, now renamed Snaefell, is due to return to service after Easter after repairs following the collision in the Mersey last year.
