by isleofman.com 28th February 2008
The Isle of Man will feature heavily in a Border Television programme tomorrow evening.

'The Way We Were' returns for a fifth series with the first programme showing travel film from the 1930s.

The show uses viewers' own footage and personal testimony, and tomorrow's programme will include archive shots of a TT fan's journey from Silloth Airport to Ronaldsway on a Manx Airlines plane.

Douglas Harbour, a horse drawn tram, Rushen Abbey - famous at the time for its strawberries and cream - and steamers bound for Liverpool will also be featured.
