Fly-tippers at Glen Rushen

Police in Peel are looking for fly-tippers who dumped a large amount of rubbish on land next to Glen Rushen mines.

It included kitchen appliances and other large household items and was left there some time between 5.30 and 8.30pm on Saturday.

Police say those responsible must have had the use of a large van or trailer.

Anyone with information is asked to ring Peel police station on 842208 or the anonymous Crimestoppers number, 0800 555 111.
