Consider all opportunities, urges Minister

The Education Minister is encouraging potential students to widen their search when considering further education options.

Anne Craine says we have people attending university all over the world, including the Czech Republic and Australia.

She says it's great to have Manx flags flying outside of the British Isles.

Last week, the department was allocated an extra ?4 million in the budget, including ?2 million to meet rising fees for students at UK universities.

Mrs Craine says young people should grab every opportunity available to them (audio file attached):
