Union talks with Chief Minister

The new National Secretary for the professionals' union Prospect in the Isle of Man has been forging links with Chief Minister Tony Brown.

Many of the union's members are civil servants and as the government is the Island's biggest employer, Mike Graham says a positive relationship is vital to tackle the big issues ahead - such as pension provision.

Prospect is also looking to recruit new members - in both the public and private sectors -

The union's promising an array of professional services to assist staff in a range of workplace disputes.

Mr Graham says keeping lines of communication open with employers is the key to success:
