Drop-in centre re-opens for new year

by isleofman.com 15th February 2008
A vital community resource in Douglas is ready to open its doors once again, following an unfortunate start to the year.

The Manx Foundation for the Physically Disabled's Friday Drop-In Centre was forced to close beyond its usual two week Christmas break, after staff were struck down with the dreaded winter vomiting virus.

But everything is now back on-track, and Service Manager Diane Brew (pictured) says anyone from the Douglas, Braddan and Onchan areas is welcome to attend (audio file attached):

For more information on the drop-in centre, ring Diane Brew on 628926.
