Muddy waters in Douglas

by isleofman.com 15th February 2008
Households in the Douglas and Onchan areas may still have 'the blues' this evening, with discoloured water.

It's after the Water Authority carried out essential maintenance work last night, at the junction of St Ninian's and Ballaquayle Roads.

Engineers are continuing to flush the mains, and anybody whose supplies still aren't back to normal is advised to run the cold tap in the kitchen sink until it becomes clear.

Further information, and help, is available from the Water Authority, on 695949.
