Corkill civil case

A building dispute between a former Chief Minister and a local construction firm will be heard in November.

Richard and Julie Corkill are involved in a court battle with builders William Kelly and Colin Moore, who, while trading as GC Construction, carried out work to create holiday cottages.

The builders launched legal action, claiming they were owed more than ?102,000 for work done, while Mr and Mrs Corkill launched a counterclaim.

The civil case, before Deemster Kerruish, is due to last three weeks from November the 10th.
