Douglas Charter explained

Leaflets explaining the latest phase of the ongoing 'safer, greener' campaign for the Island's capital will drop through letter boxes into every home in Douglas in April.

A number of public sector bodies have signed up to the 'Douglas Charter', a 24 page document outlining levels of service the various signatories have pledged to provide.

Leader of the Council David Christian (pictured) says the key to success is accountability:
