'Beat Bobbies' call from MHK

by isleofman.com 12th February 2008
There is a renewed call today for more bobbies on the beat in an area of Douglas.

South Douglas MHK David Cretney was speaking after a recent attack of vandalism at Anagh Coar Primary School in which a seating area was badly damaged.

Mr Cretney believes with much growth in the estate over the past 30 years regular foot patrols would be a big advantage (audio file attached):

The vandalised seating was constructed by staff at Royal Bank of Scotland International.
