Police investigate 'hit and run'

Police are investigating a hit and run accident which happened in Willaston on Friday evening.

The incident happened at around 9pm in Keppel Road, near to Fenella Court.

A red coloured transit van and a blue Ford Mondeo parked at the side of the road were both damaged but the driver who hit them left the scene before police arrived.

Officers would like to hear from anybody who has any information – you can contact police on 631212.
