Former Castletown MHK Elspeth Quayle will be remembered at a memorial service this weekend.

Mrs Quayle represented the town for ten years, between 1971 and 1981, and was also a town commissioner and Justice of the Peace.

She left the Island in 1984 when she moved to Cirencester.

Mrs Quayle passed away last month at the age of 92.

The service will be held at Kirk Malew (pictured), at 4pm tomorrow.
