Hunt for hit and run driver

Police are hunting a driver who left the scene of an accident on Wednesday evening.

Officers say a Peugeot 206-type car with L-plates on reversed into the side of a yellow Ford Transit in Castle Mona Avenue between 6pm and 6.15pm.

After the accident, the male driver swapped seats with a female passenger and the car drove off towards Central Promenade.
