IOM - football outcasts?

A football journalist praises the Island in his latest book about countries that don’t have FIFA-recognised international teams.

Steve Menary’s new non-fiction title ‘Outcasts! The Lands That FIFA Forgot’ looks at smaller nations who don’t compete on the world stage.

He says the Isle of Man is one of many countries that, for one reason or another, you don’t see playing World Cup or Euro qualifiers.

And he says the possibility of the Isle of Man facing off against England at the Bowl is a distant one:
