Commissioner for Old People call

The Isle of Man should have its own Commissioner for Old People, according to Derek Hartop, who runs the Justice for Pensioners website.

Currently the closest thing is the charity Age Concern, but Mr Hartop says such a position already exists in other parts of Britain (audio file attached):
