Isle of Man based millionaire Trevor Baines and his wife appeared in court today on charges relating to money laundering.
The 68 year-old is charged with assisting another with the proceeds of crime and of falsifying records.
Forty-nine year-old Wendy Baines is accused of false accounting.
An application to leave the jurisdiction was refused and the pair were bailed until February 26 for a possible committal.
High Bailiff Michael Moyle gave a warning to the press that reporting restrictions had not been lifted.
