IOM hospitals good at infection control

Infection controls and clinical cleanliness measures in the Isle of Man are working well - meaning far fewer serious problems in our hospitals than suffered by counterparts in the UK.

That's according to Helen Jenkinson, who is Hygiene Code Implementation Manager with the UK Healthcare Commission.

She's been in the island as a guest speaker at the annual Infection Control Conference at the Keyll Daree centre at Nobles:
