Limit alcohol outlets - Minister

The Education Minister feels alcohol shouldn't be available from supermarkets, shops and garages, only off-licenses.

Anne Craine thinks it would help tackle a rise in the number of 15 and 16 year olds who binge drink and are drunk in public in the Isle of Man.

Figures released yesterday showed there was also an increase in those who drink in somebody else's home.

Mrs Craine says this in particular worries her:
