Co-ordinator encouraged by findings

There are positives to be taken from statistics on the drug and alcohol habits of 15 and 16 year olds in the Island, according to the Manx Government's Drug and Alcohol Strategy Co-ordinator.

Margaret O'Reilly (pictured) says increases in the number of this age group who never or rarely drink show elements of the strategy are working.

But she admits there are areas which need to be improved (audio file attached):
