A cut in opening hours for the minor injuries unit at Ramsey Cottage Hospital will come into force in a month's time.
From February 25, the hospital will close at 8pm each day and not at the current closing time of 10pm.
But the Health Minister, Eddie Teare says 'it's entirely justified' when you consider the background (audio file attached):
