Airport security questions

by isleofman.com 25th January 2008
The issue of airport security will be back under the House of Keys spotlight next week.

West Douglas MHK Geoff Corkish will ask Transport Minister David Anderson if some security measures imposed on Island air travellers will be relaxed, as has happened at a number of airports in the United Kingdom.

Extra security checks at Ronaldsway have become routine in recent months, particularly in the immediate aftermath of the firebombing at Glasgow Airport last summer.
