Drunk in charge alleged

The case of a man accused of being drunk in charge of a vehicle has been adjourned by the High Bailiff.

Thirty year-old Rodney Clayton, of Ballaragh in Lonan denied the offence.

It is alleged Mr Clayton was found to be in charge of a vehicle in the car park of the New Inn public house in Laxey on October 19 last year.

He will appear again on January 29.
