Brown confident of Langness solution

Chief Minister Tony Brown says it is important a balance is maintained in the ongoing Langness footpath row.

It centres on complaints by TV presenter Jeremy Clarkson that walkers were peering into his kitchen window after he lowered a wall to get a sea view.

The pressure group Public Rights of Way Langness, or PRoWL, is protesting about the fencing put up to stop people passing by, and in the latest development a delegation of three MHKs has been told by Tynwald to meet Mr Clarkson and discuss the issue.

Mr Brown (pictured) says it must be remembered that the Clarksons have strong Manx connections:
