The Samaritans organisation in the Isle of Man is looking for more volunteers.
An open evening will be held tomorrow to give people a chance to find out what is involved, whether they feel they would be suitable and how much training is required.
Director of Samaritans on the Island Clive Dugdale (pictured) says anyone is welcome to attend and there's no such thing as a 'typical' volunteer (audio file attached):
The session for anyone interested in joining the Samaritans take place tomorrow evening at St Andrew's Church Hall, at St Ninian's crossroads, Douglas at 7.30pm.
