Pension changes 'inevitable'

The chairman of Isle of Man Post says changes to the body's pension scheme were inevitable.

Two months ago, Pamela Crowe MLC and her post office board received a 'lack of confidence' vote from the union representing postal workers.

A petition was signed by around 200 Island postal workers unhappy at plans to close the scheme to new employees and a lack of consultation.

Mrs Crowe does admit communication could have been better (audio file attached):
