No plans for marine laboratory

by isleofman.com 15th January 2008
Tynwald has been told there are no firm plans for the future of the former Marine Biological Station in Port Erin.

In response to a question from Onchan member Peter Karran, Chief Minister Tony Brown said there was no budgetary provision for any development and the goverment can't pick up every project.

But he said the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry and the Department of Tourism and Leisure were considering the building.
