by isleofman.com 4th January 2008
Snow overnight has left many roads in a very slippery condition

After another early assessment of road conditions this morning, police have advised that the Mountain Road, Tholty Will to Sulby Road, Druidale Road from Brandywell to Ballaugh, Injebreck Road from Brandywell Cottage to West Baldwin remain closed until further notice. The main A3 Road from Ballig Bridge through Cronk y Voddy to Kirk Michael reopened just after 8am (Fri).

Motorists are advised to use the main and coast roads only, particularly between the North and South of the Island.

Department of Transport gritters have been out overnight and this morning and are still treating the main routes.
