Witness appeal after incident in bar

Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident in which a man received facial injuries.

It happened around 10.55pm last Saturday, in the lower bar area of The Havana Bar, in Wellington Street, Douglas

The disturbance involved two white men in their twenties, one of whom was arrested and has since been released on police bail.

Police say the bar area was very busy at the time of the incident and are asking anyone with information to ring the Lord Street station on 631212.
