Strategic Plan of 'critical importance'

The Chief Minister is looking forward to seeing the fruits of the All-Island Strategic Plan, which he says will benefit all levels of Manx society.

Tony Brown, who made the document one of his priorities when he took over the position, believes it is of 'critical importance.'

The plan will mean a reversal of the present procedure, with policies feeding down from Mr Brown and his ministers to the departments of government.
