'Educational year' for Tony Brown

The Chief Minister has been reflecting on what he describes as an educational 12 months.

Tony Brown says the past year has been a speedy learning curve for him after being elected to the top job last December.

Mr Brown (pictured) was Speaker of the House of Keys for five years, and says there have been a lot of changes within government for him to contend with.

He says before becoming Chief Minister, he underestimated the importance of international relations to the Isle of Man (audio file attached):
