Manx shoppers hunt for bargains

Thousands of Isle of Man residents have been hunting for bargains as the sales season officially gets underway.

In the United Kingdom there have been concerns about consumer confidence, following speculation about an economic downturn.

But these people in Strand Street say they are happy to keep on spending, especially if they can pick up a few bargains along the way (audio file attached):
