Police are hunting a man who carried out an attack in a busy Douglas bar.
At around 10pm on Saturday he headbutted another man in the downstairs bar of Fiesta Havana in Douglas.
The victim was left bleeding heavily and officers say his attacker left the building immediately afterwards.
The man is described as white and around 40 years old.
