Island looks at air quality survey

The Manx Government Analyst's department has been looking at a recent survey which shows a significant improvement in air quality in the United Kingdom in the past 25 years.

Traces of heavy metals have gone down by 70 per cent, and the good news is that we don't even test for them in the Island, as the primary contributors have gone away.

Government Analyst Paul Lenartowicz says such pollution is more associated with industrialised places:
