Advice for a peaceful Christmas

A Manx psychologist is urging people to avoid conflict to ensure a happy Christmas.

Dr Helen Nightingale says over the festive period emotions can run high because of a number of factors.

Alcohol, family get togethers and stress about preparations and presents can all lead to arguments.

Dr Nightingale says people should try and avoid raising issues in the heat of the moment (audio file attached):
