Advice to Christmas cooks

Keep calm in the kitchen - do some Christmas dinner preparation the day before - and if it all gets too much, forget home-made sauce and buy them instead!

That's the message to the Island's Christmas cooks from celebrity chef Anthony Worrall Thompson.

He says for those who don't cook much during the year, Christmas dinner can be a huge and stressful undertaking.

He says by preparing things the day before, you can hit the ground running on the 'big day' itself (audio file attached):
