Fears for Manx identity

Preserving what is unique about the Isle of Man can only help promote economic success.

The Celtic League's Director of Information Bernard Moffatt has been reflecting on the strength of the Manx national identity, as the year draws to a close.

Mr Moffatt (pictured) fears that our distinct identity is under threat as the Island's standing on the world stage as a place to do business, grows apace.

He says residents must be encouraged to nurture the Manx culture for the long term good of the nation:
