Charity effort takes off!

A Ronaldsway based company will begin 12 months of fund raising at the airport on Friday.

Flight Support hopes to make ?20,000 for the recently launched local organisation Wish Upon A Dream by this time next year.

The charity aims to grant the wishes of terminally ill children in the Isle of Man.

On Friday, Flight Support staff will be dressing up and collecting donations at the airport, and everyone who gives money will be entered into a prize draw.

The firm's Head of Marketing Sarah Carson (pictured) says they're all geared up for the project's first fundraising effort, from which they hope to make ?2,000:
