This year's Manx Grand Prix meeting was the first motorcycle event held on the Mountain Course since 1993 where no competitors were killed.
The statistic is revealed in a newsletter from the Manx Organisation for Motorsport Medical Officers and Paramedics.
The worst year for fatalities over the period was 2005, when ten competitors lost their lives (four in the T.T. and six at the M.G.P.).
Other facts and figures - the number of incidents where the airmed helicopter was scrambled during 2007 was well down on an average year.
However, one concern is the number of accidents which happened in parade laps - four at the T.T. and five in the Manx Grand Prix.
The most dangerous parts of the Mountain Course, in terms of fatal incidents since 1993, are Douglas Road corner in Kirk Michael and Quarry Bends.
But Governor's Bridge, the slowest corner on the circuit, is the place where most accidents occur, albeit nearly all minor.
With hospital admissions and surgery well down, Manx Grand Prix 2007 was one of the safest for years.
