Big rise in inward mail

by isleofman.com 18th December 2007
Isle of Man Post says it's having one its busiest Christmases ever.

The volume of outward mail is down six per cent on the same period last year, but the 'inward' figure is up by twice that amount.

Chairman of Isle of Man Post Pam Crowe says her staff are rushed off their feet (audio file attached):

The Post Office is urging everybody to get their Christmas mail for the United Kingdom in by this Friday, at the latest.
