Autism expert to visit Island

A leading expert in the study of autism will be hosting two workshops in the Isle of Man, in the New Year.

Professor Tony Attwood's presentation is designed to help sufferers in social situations, and he will be focusing on how people with Asperger's Syndrome can reduce the risk of being bullied and teased.

The workshops have been organised by the Chairman of the Isle of Man's National Autistic Society, Paula Hall (pictured).

She hopes Professor Attwood's visit will have a positive effect on everybody who attends:
